Kshitij`25, Mithibai College’s premier international intercollegiate cultural festival, continued its vibrant journey with a special promotional event for the second season of the hit series Half CA, held at Juhu Jagruti Hall on 4th September, 2025.

The event featured a lively and heartfelt interaction with lead actors Ahsaas Channa, Gyanendra Tripathi, and the series director Pratish Mehta. Together, they delved into the
creative process behind Half CA, a show that captures the emotional highs and lows of
students preparing for one of India’s most challenging professional exams, Chartered
Accountancy.

From stories of character development to the real-life struggles that inspired the script, the discussion struck a powerful chord with the student audience, many of whom related
personally to the show’s themes of ambition, resilience, and self discovery.
“Half CA is not just a story about exams, it’s about dreams, doubts, and determination,” said Ahsaas Channa, reflecting on her role. Director Pratish Mehta added, “Bringing this story to life meant connecting with real student experiences , and being here at Kshitij feels like coming full circle.”

Our Principal, Prof. Krutika B Desai said, “This event was a perfect blend of cinema and
student life. It sparked reflection, motivation, and pride among our students, all values we
aim to foster through Kshitij.”
Kshitij Chairperson Bhoomi Shah remarked, “Everyone in the room saw a bit of themselves in Half CA, that’s what made today so special.”
The event wrapped up with thunderous applause, selfie moments, and spirited interactions, marking yet another unforgettable highlight in the lead-up to Kshitij`25.
